Every two years experts from the hotel and catering, take-away and care industries meet at Igeho and present the latest trends in the business. Winkler was again responsible for event engineering both in the Igeho Campus and in the cooking arena.
It also supported many exhibitors with their presentations. Topics in the campus included sustainability, team spirit and handling social media with a focus on catering while star chefs like Tanja Grandits (Chef of the Year 2020) wowed audiences in the cooking arena. Around 65,000 interested trade visitors flocked to this year's Igeho in Basel.
