Baloise Day
This year's Baloise Group management event, with a Late Night Show theme, took place simultaneously in four different countries. A standard Baloise management event was transformed into a Baloise Day. The joint cross-border conference involved several technical challenges.
Satellite broadcasting
The conferences were held simultaneously in Germany, Luxenbourg, Belgium and Switzerland. While the event in Basel was broadcast via satellite to the other countries, they were also hooked up to enable interactions and shared discussions.
Online interpreting service
A simultaneous interpreting service online was also engaged to minimise language barriers, requiring corresponding conference technology. Winkler was responsible for the entire technical implementation and transmission to the four countries. This year was the second time that Winkler has supported Bâloise with its management event.
