Alba Festival −
The largest Albanian festival in Europe
The first major Albanian music event in Europe was held on 29 and 30 June 2019 at the Hardturm site in Zurich. The Alba Festival’s aim is to bring Albanian culture to Zurich, and this was reflected in the line-up.
Sixteen artists from Albania and Kosovo performed in front of more than 20,000 festival-goers. A particular highlight was superstar Rita Ora’s performance on the Sunday. Winkler was responsible for the lighting, video, audio, rigging, stage construction, camera systems and pyrotechnics of the entire main stage.
