Excitement rises in the run-up to opening of the new event hall in the Zurich area. MAAG Music & Arts AG officially goes into operation with Hall 622 as of January 2017. As «preferred partner» Winkler will install and maintain all event technology and support and serve customers on site.
Winkler won the pitch in a call for a «preferred partner» and has been selected as exclusive rigging partner for Hall 622. The innovative hiring concept offers additional layout options and easy installation aids for a rich abundance of applications. Responsible for installing the technology during the preparation phase, after the opening Winkler will be in charge of equipment maintenance and will also advise and perform services for customers on site.
The modern basic installation covers requirements for a diverse variety of occasions. Hall 622 is conceived for concerts, conferences, TV shows, musicals, corporate events, general meetings or even trade fairs. User-friendly facilities also enable external event organisers to build up with maximum ease and speed. Further services offered on site by Winkler include rigging and appropriate lifting equipment.
The hall covers a total area of 4200 m² (effective usable area 2700 m²) and accommodates up to 1600 conference attendees and 3680 concert-goers. A large gallery with telescopic grandstand and around 300 seats rounds off the facilities. A spacious covered outdoor area and large foyer (880 m²) are also available.
