For Milos Dordevic, Logistics Manager, teamwork is everything. During the day he drafts rotas, trains employees and ensure a good work environment; at the weekend he swaps his office for the basketball court. Unlike at work though, things are not as hectic: “When you work on your own you can achieve a lot – but great things come from teamwork.”
